Fishing Access

Fishing is allowed on the Bison Range with a valid CSKT Conservation License, a CSKT Fishing License, and a Bison Range Day/Annual pass. Visitors looking to fish must follow all CSKT Bison Range rules and regulations while on the range.

ADDITIONAL RULES

  • Fishing is strictly catch and release ONLY
  • Fishing is only allowed during Bison Range open hours stated on our website
  • The use of tripods, cameras (other than phone cameras), and other photography equipment is prohibited on the Fishing Access Trail that is connected to Prairie Drive
  • Harassing wildlife is ILLEGAL. You must be 25 yards from animals (100 yards from predators such as bears or mountain lions)
